The colors were awsome. One thing I would mention is that ceilings were painted in either eggshell or satin and some of the previous construction was still visible where I think the flat may have covered flaws better. Overall, painters were prompt, friendly and speedy. We will be calling them back in spring for outside painting.

I hired Salazar construction to finish my back yard after I had received several bids for twice the price. The work that was done was of the highest quality. I had a deck bit, 30 yards of top soil put in , a bit of rock and around 2000 Sq. Ft of sod laid down. They can do it all. I'm going to call them back next year to paint the exterior of the house. Very good wood and very fast. All of this was done in less than a week.

We needed stucco repair and paint for our home in Canon City. After interviewing several painters, we hired Salazar Construction. Mr. Salazar was able to do all the work on our house in a short time frame. He is a perfectionist; he fixed things that weren't on his invoice. We have a two story house so it wasn't an easy job. On the exterior he repaired and painted the stucco, caulked all the joints, painted the eaves, the door, and the trim. On the interior he repaired cracks in the drywall. They did a good job of cleaning up after. I have a lot of flowers around my house and he was careful not to damage them. Our house looks like new again. I highly recommend Salazar Construction and would hire them again.

I contracted Salazar construction because of the 5 star reviews. He came and painted the outside of my house and then rebuilt and restained my large gazebo on the back of my house. My gazebo was not very stable and he took it apart put in new cross beams and added extra supports to make it more stable. He was always on time and very polite and took great care in everything he did. He cleaned up and made everything look great. I am very pleased with the work and would not hesitate to use him again and will definitely recommend him to all my friends. If you need any painting or construction Salazar is the company to use. As a Board Member of Sovereign Court Condominium Association I solicited bids from Mr. Salazar to paint our seven buildings, twenty-six individual housing units, and submit to our Board of Managers. His bid was the lowest of three bids received. After checking out his references, he was awarded the contract. As he was progressing, he was respected and liked by all the homeowners, we awarded him additional contracts. He painted fifteen garage doors and our cedar fence. We were needing someone to landscape after another company had removed trees and several bushes, Mr. Salazar gave us a bid to do that work, also. In an Association as ours, it is almost unheard of that all owners could be very well pleased and extremely complimentary as they were in this case. Mr. Salazar made it his duty to take time to talk to each owner individually and explain his job with us and to get their comments. I have never had the pleasure to work with anyone so gracious and eager to please than Mr. Salazar. I would highly recommend him for any job he performs, he is a perfectionist and extremely pleasant person.
